When you need a new roof, the number one consideration is choosing the right qualified professional roofer.

- Get at least three quotes to give you an accurate idea of what a new roof costs.
- Ensure the roofers are all quoting on the same items, such as shingles, underlayment, eave protector and proper ventilation.
- Make sure your roofing company stands by their work. The most common roofing problems are not related to manufacturing defects, but to poor installation. Roof warranties don’t cover improper installation.
- Ask for references and be sure to follow-up with those referred homeowners.
